2)You select your own Title Co. of Choice!
3)You select your own Appraisers!
4)You select your own bank AE's of choice if ok with that specific lender!
5)GET PAID ON FUNDED DEALS THE NEXT DAY by overnight check or direct deposit!
6)Build a team under you and you control their percentage from your split!
7)Internal Support a given! We are always available 24/7 to help with scenarios and issue lender codes, etc..
8)We are on board with almost every lender and we are always willing to sign up with one that you use that is not in our system!
9)Encompass is our LOS. We use Advantage Credit which you pull. If you use another credit agency that you prefer, we will accommodate!
10)We can also offer you a processing/placement/compliance combo. This makes for worry free originating. The split in this case varies depending upon your specific need(s)!
